The Client

A company specialising in technical security for properties such as buildings.

Situation

The client regularly needs to compile substantial proposals of 50 pages, documenting a wide range of products. Various separate leaflets are also included. All of this is sent to the customer together with a security plan and price quotation.

Short-term objective:

Create brochures for the sales conversation and make proposals more attractive (often sixteen pages). These need to look just as professional as the proposals from the large construction firms (multinationals). The proposal creation process also needs to be faster.

Long-term objective:

Increase brand value.

Proposal

Integrate the brochure and proposal into a single booklet. Use pre-printed paper and fill in the content in-house. This way the proposal and brochure are always tailored and up to date.

Solution

A4-format booklet with a transparent cover and folder. A striking design that conveys both business quality and trust.
